2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and ship orders in accordance with PACT Act labeling and delivery requirements.

  • Verify your age and identity to prevent underage sales.

  • File mandatory monthly reports with the ATF and state tax administrators as required by 15 U.S.C. §§ 375 and 376.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax collection and fraud prevention.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. However, we must share data with:

  • Government Agencies: We are legally required under the PACT Act to share transaction data (including name, address, and product type) with state and local tax administrators.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Age verification services, payment processors, and shipping carriers who assist in order fulfillment.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to law enforcement if required by a subpoena or to prevent illegal activity.

4. PACT Act & Shipping Compliance

  • Age Verification: We will verify your age at the point of sale and require an Adult Signature (21+) with government-issued photo ID upon delivery.

  • Reporting: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your order details will be reported to relevant state authorities for tax purposes.

5. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA - California Residents)

If you are a California resident, as of 2025, you have the following rights:

6. Data Security & Retention
