We do not offer monetary refunds to the original form of payment for any reason, including but not limited to:

Flavor preference or dissatisfaction with vapor production.

Inability to provide a valid 21+ photo ID at the time of delivery.

Accidental orders or incorrect item selection.
2. Defective or Damaged Goods
We stand behind the quality of our hardware. If you receive a product that is dead on arrival (DOA) or suffers from a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion, provided the following conditions are met:

Proof of Defect: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect, along with your order number and a photo of the product's serial number/security code (where applicable).

Verification: Once the defect is verified by our technical team, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a store credit for the purchase price will be issued to your account.
3. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery/Age Verification: If a package is returned to us because no adult (21+) was available to sign or a valid ID was not presented, no refund will be issued. In these cases, we may offer to reship the item once a reshipping fee (including the Adult Signature fee) is paid by the customer.

Seized Items: In the event that a shipment is delayed or seized due to changing state or local regulations, we will review the case for store credit eligibility.
4. Exclusions
The following items are strictly ineligible for replacement or credit for hygiene and safety reasons:
