A legal disclaimer

At VapeDirect US, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations, including the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, to ensure the legal and safe delivery of all electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and related components.

1. Shipping Carriers & Restrictions

Due to the 2021 PACT Act amendments and 2025 enforcement updates, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, and DHL generally prohibit the direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipping of vaping products.

  • Carrier Network: We utilize a private regional carrier network to deliver orders to most locations.

  • Zip Code Restrictions: Because we rely on specialized carriers, we cannot ship to all areas. Please use the Zip Code checker on our checkout page to verify if delivery is available to your address.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases due to federal restrictions on ENDS mailings.

2. Mandatory Age Verification & Delivery

In compliance with Federal Law (Tobacco 21) and PACT Act requirements:

  • Adult Signature Required: All deliveries require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older.

  • ID Verification: The carrier will require a government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery to verify age.

  • No Exceptions: If no adult is present to sign, or if a valid ID cannot be provided, the carrier will not leave the package, and it may be returned to us at the customer's expense.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after age verification is successfully completed.

  • Compliance Fee: A mandatory Adult Signature Fee (typically $6.99–$8.00) is applied to all orders at checkout to cover the costs of legal delivery verification.

  • State-Specific Taxes: Applicable state and local excise taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and collected at checkout as required by law.

4. Packaging & Safety

  • Discreet & Secure: Orders are shipped in plain, sturdy outer packaging to protect your privacy and ensure contents remain secure.

  • Safety Standards: All hardware containing lithium batteries is packaged in accordance with 2025 USPS Publication 52 and carrier hazardous material safety standards.

5. Restricted States & Localities

We do not ship to states or jurisdictions that have banned the online sale or shipment of flavored or unflavored vaping products.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Per PACT Act requirements, we maintain detailed logs of all shipments and will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve issues.
